The only problem i have with this headset is the noise cancelling feature doesnt really seem to work and there is no dedicated button for it. I purchased this product for my moto q9c originally and with that phone it works great. I love the headset tho and i think it is worth the money. It is supposed to be built in but I see the feature. All the accessory features work with that particular phone. I switched phones and have the touch pro now and it stil works good but i lost the accessory features that I had with the q9c.
good voice quality then this product and you will be happy. The only thing I did not like about it is the small(micro). If you need a headset with 1. It would have been nice if they used the std mini ubs jack so I could have shared the charger with other motorola products.Motorola H12 Bluetooth Headset (Silver) usb jack that they use to charge. dedicated on/off power button 2. small size 3.
Ear hook can cause the ear to get a bit soar. Much better than the one that I had that just floated over the ear. All depends on your ear shape and size. I love this item. It's small, light and doestn't fall off.
huge difference. its gotten to the point where people know its the bluetooth and not the phone service. being able to get ur point across once on ur phone flawlessly without background noise or anything makes having a bluetooth a waste of money. i think i might go for the motorola 710 or watever comes out like it. i'm a barber and noise cancelling is the most important feature i need from a bluetooth. this thing looks great on the outside and the 2 chargers it comes with are pretty convenient along with the desktop charger being a stylish way of charging it. but besides that. i heard the jaw bone was the best of its kind but i can't deal with such a big blue tooth.
it went on to the point where i would have to turn off the bluetooth and end up talking on my phone without it. i hear from customers who have "normal" bluetooths without the fancy noise cancelling and have spent only a fraction of what this one cost, that they never have a problem really with background noise. besides that if you work in a somewhat busy atmosphere or worse then u can forget it too. i hear that for the fraction of the money u get functionality, quality, comfort, and less of a headache trying to get ur point across to the world. when i get phone calls from customers or relatives i always end up having them complaining to me to turn off the bluetooth or throw it away n get a new one. so i went for the smaller one. we play loud music all the time at the shop n there is always some type of comotion. motorola should be embarassed of advertising crystal talk on this thing.
unless ur in ur house by urself with every electronic off all the time. but u go out side n my girlfriend says all the cars sounded like dinosaurs or something n she had me repeating everything i was saying because half of everything that went on around me she was able to hear better then me. i went through all the bluetooths on the market the best at the time for noise cancelling was either the jaw bone or the h12. the first day of using it in the house seemed great.
Hard to give as a gift. The item was given as a gift. I give one star to the vendor. So I think the device is okay - according to gift recipient. The recipient says it works well. But it was shipped to me without the original box.
